Slotted Prewinders reduce the insert to its installed diameter before it enters the hole, helping to make the installation process much easier and faster, and also reduce the chance that the insert will skip a thread. Prewinder tools are highlyrecommended for installation of fine pitch and small diameter inserts. Larger sizes are available upon request.
