This tool has a spring loaded punch, which is activated by inserting the punch end of the tool into the installed insert and pressing against the tang of the insert. This action will trigger the spring loaded punch forward, quickly and cleanly breaking the tang free from the insert.All part numbers listed below are designed for use with insert lengths equal to one and a half times the diameter of the insert. Longer punches for longer insert lengths are available.
